Quality Contact Solutions’ President, Angela Garfinkel announced that the firm has completed its second American Teleservices Association Self-Regulatory Organization (ATA-SRO) audit. Synergy Solutions, Inc. successfully met all ATA-SRO Accreditation criteria and was been approved by the SRO Trustees and the ATA Board of Directors.
According to Mrs. Garfinkel, the audit process went smoothly. “Synergy Solutions has been a long-time supporter of the ATA-SRO program. In fact, its President, Lori Fentem is active as an ATA board of director and ATA-SRO trustee. Completing this step in the process (being audited by an independent third party) just validated the compliance program that Synergy Solutions already had in place for the last few years,” stated Mrs. Garfinkel.
“SRO Accreditation was a very high priority for the Synergy team as it serves as a way for our clients, our employees and regulators to have confidence in our stringent compliance processes.”, said Lori Fentem, President of Synergy Solutions. “Being one of the first companies to become accredited is evidence of Synergy’s commitment to excellence and we hope will pave the way for many other companies to participate in the accreditation process.”
“We are extremely proud to be a pioneer in this process,” said Lynne Jacoby, Vice President of Healthcare Solutions and Compliance. “Synergy’s team was very confident our compliance program exceeded the ATA-SRO standards, but the external audit was a great way to assure ourselves and our clients we are focused on the right things,”
The team at Quality Contact Solutions has seen an increased interest in companies wishing to pursue ATA-SRO accreditation. “We anticipate that we’ll see another influx of inquiries over the next few months as companies work towards getting accredited before the major ATA fall convention in September in Orlando,” stated Ms. Morris. “There are a lot of compliant companies out there. They just need to take that last step of bringing in the external auditor to and formalizing their compliance program with the ATA-SRO accreditation,” Ms. Morris added.
“We at the ATA are extremely pleased for both ATA-SRO Accredited Synergy Solutions and the excellent work exhibited by Angela Morris at Quality Contact Solutions in her role as a leading ATA-SRO Certified Auditor.” says Josh Scism, ATA-SRO Program Director for the American Teleservices Association. He continues, “The general address by FTC Director David Vladeck to attendees at the ATA Washington Summit on April 27th clearly displayed the importance and expectation that adoptees of the ATA-SRO lead the pack in our industry. Thus Synergy Solutions’ recent ATA-SRO Accreditation further validates their excellence as a risk minimized business partner.”
