PACE Midwest Chapter Event May 17th
PACE MIDWEST CHAPTER TO HOST: "THE JOY OF BUILDING SUCCESSFUL LEADERS IN YOUR CONTACT CENTER" ON MAY 17TH
The Midwest chapter of the Professional Association for Customer Engagement (PACE) is busy preparing for 80+ anticipated attendees for its upcoming meeting in Omaha, Nebraska. The title of the day-long event scheduled for May 17th is "The Joy of Building Successful Leaders in your Contact Center". The event is targeted to attract call center managers, supervisors, trainers, quality assurance personnel and executive leadership throughout the Midwest region. The event is open to both members and non-members and is being sponsored by Five9, Avtex, NobelBiz and Interior Concepts.
Sandra Steen is the featured speaker. Her high-energy, no punches pulled style is sure to entertain and educate attendees. In addition, Sandra is known for her joyful approach and all participants are sure to take home very specific leadership tactics to ensure a positive Return on Investment for the time invested (both personally and professionally).
As part of our commitment to Call Centers Care, Midwest Chapter members are asked to bring donations for the Lydia House Basic Needs Drive. Lydia House is the charity that the ATA Midwest Chapter has supported for the past 2 years. Lydia House helps the homeless population in Omaha, which includes men, women, children and families. Items needed include socks, underwear and toilet paper.
The ATA Midwest Chapter board is made up of 11 call center industry executives from across the Midwest. The board is led by Michael Thompson, Chief Operating Officer of TPG Telemanagement. "In the Midwest Chapter, we have a vibrant group of companies and individuals that are deeply entrenched in call center service delivery. Our membership includes inbound call center operations and outbound call center operations. The chapter board has once again successfully put together an event that guarantees something for every call center leader (or aspiring leader) that seeks to improve their call center operation," stated Mr. Thompson. "Our events consistently attract 75 to 80 people at each event and we have drawn from attendees from seven states. We expect to attract a record number of attendees to this event because Sandra Steen is a very sought-after speaker," added Tom O’Conner, Midwest Chapter Kansas Director and CEO of OLC Global.
